Zegema Beach Records has just released the very first OUR FUTURE IS AN ABSOLUTE SHADOW full length record minimally titled 'LP' featuring 15 tracks from Adrian (ex-Old Soul, etc.), Jesse (ex-Majorel, etc.), and one of our very own Daves (ex-Swallows Nest, etc.). Making up for their lack of social media presence with a seriously dynamic and boundary pushing debut LP, the riffs on this thing go down avenues you wouldn’t expect, constantly forging structural paths on tracks less than a minute long in ways that most wouldn’t have found success. The release also features guest vocals from Taylor and Jaccob from Burial Etiquette as well as Arvid from Vi Som Alskade Varandra Sa Mycket and has been in the works for more than three years. Part screamo, dreamy post-hardcore, and field recordings. Is this dreamo? Mixed and mastered by Jack Shirley at The Atomic Garden Studio. Black 12”s out of 100.
